Receiving & Inspection: Incoming material is weighed, inspected, and tested for contaminants (e.g., non-metallic materials, hazardous materials, non-ferrous, and radioactive items).

Removing contaminants such as oil, paint, plastic, or dirt using cleaning processes. Separating the plastics from metals and much more. We are intentional about what we do.

3. Processing Controls

Ensuring proper sizing through shearing, cutting, or shredding to enhance density and quality, such as in baling or briquetting

4. Final Product Evaluation

Before any product is approved for release, it undergoes:
